OPF strives to enhance and strengthen the productivity and effectiveness of the police department, and be the conduit for providing resources needed to make the City of Orange and the surrounding community a safer and better place.

OPF aims to improve the safety of officers and residents through funding of equipment, training and community outreach programs that are not adequately provided for and impact the community.
