Welcome to the Orange Police Foundation website!  It is my honor to serve as the 35th Chief of Police for the City of Orange. The residents of Orange can be very proud of this Department and the men and women who commit themselves to providing for the safety of our community.

The City of Orange is one of the most prominent and diverse cities in California. We are the sixth largest city in Orange County, and one of only a few that will experience continued growth and expansion well beyond our current geographical size and population. Regardless of our size and rate of growth, our goal is to remain at the forefront of crime fighting effectiveness and be active in both youth and community issues. A great deal of our success results from working with the community in a strategic partnership designed to preserve the quality of life long associated with Orange.

The majority of the Police Department budget is allocated to salaries and benefits leaving a small amount for equipment, training, outreach and support.  The work of a Police Foundation will greatly assist with funding to support a safer Orange!
